Convoy escort, access control and movement security — the disciplines that govern who gets in, what leaves, and how anything of value travels between your sites.

What it includes
01

Convoy escort

Lead and chase vehicles, radio discipline, varied routes and check-ins timed to your movement plan.

02

Access control

Who enters, who leaves, and on whose authority — gate procedure, visitor handling and vehicle search at every entry point.

03

Movement security

Journey management for staff and cargo: planned timings, alternates chosen before departure, and a desk that knows where every vehicle is.

04

Control desk monitoring

Position and check-ins on a fixed schedule. A missed check-in triggers an action, not a note in a log.

05

Escalation procedure

What happens in the first ten minutes is written down before it is needed, and rehearsed with the crews who will use it.

06

Reporting

Movement logs, incident records and a monthly review with the figures your head office and insurers will ask for.

Common questions

What clients
ask first

Q

How is this different from guarding?

Guarding holds a fixed position. Security governs movement between positions — escorts, journey management, access control. Most clients need both, and they are planned together.

Q

Do you provide armed escort?

It depends on the province, the client and the licence in force. We tell you plainly what is permitted for your movement before we quote it.

Q

Can you secure a one-off movement?

Yes. Single movements are common — a delegation visit, an equipment transfer, an evacuation. We plan them from the nearest base.
