Site surveys, risk assessments, incident investigation and emergency planning. This is the work that decides what guarding and security should be doing — and the reason our clients stop being surprised.

What it includes
01

Site survey

A field visit that walks the perimeter and the routes and writes what is actually there: approaches, blind spots, timings, neighbours, lighting.

02

Risk assessment

A written picture of what can realistically go wrong at your site, how likely it is, and what it would cost you — not a generic threat list.

03

Control measures

For each risk, the specific measure that reduces it, who owns it, and how you will know it is working. Measures are costed before you commit.

04

Incident investigation

When something happens, we establish what occurred, why, and what changes. Investigation is contractual, not optional.

05

Emergency & evacuation planning

Written procedures for medical emergency, site evacuation and relocation, rehearsed with the people who would run them.

06

HSE compliance

Health, safety and environment obligations tracked and reported to the standard your auditors and insurers expect.

Common questions

What clients
ask first

Q

Can we buy this without hiring guards?

Yes. Risk control is a standalone engagement. Plenty of clients start with a survey and assessment and take the findings to their own team.

Q

What do we actually receive?

A written risk assessment, a costed schedule of control measures, and a review date. It is a document your board and insurer can read.

Q

How long does a survey take?

Most sites take one to two days on the ground, with the written assessment following within a week. Remote or multi-site work takes longer.
