A written picture of what can realistically go wrong at your site, how likely it is, and what it would cost you — not a generic threat list.

Facility walkYes. Risk control is a standalone engagement. Plenty of clients start with a survey and assessment and take the findings to their own team.
A written risk assessment, a costed schedule of control measures, and a review date. It is a document your board and insurer can read.
Most sites take one to two days on the ground, with the written assessment following within a week. Remote or multi-site work takes longer.
