Nothing moves
here without
a plan.
Special Activities Sarl runs security-led operations across the Democratic Republic of Congo — guards, convoys, cash-in-transit, vetting and permits. We start with the ground, not the price list.
Every movement
is planned
twice.
The route is read before it is driven
Road state, checkpoints, market days, weather. We brief the crew on what is different today, not on what was true last month.
Timings vary, the plan does not
Two vehicles, radio discipline, staggered departure windows. Nobody outside the crew knows the hour until the hour.
The desk holds the picture
Position and check-ins run to the control desk on a fixed schedule. A missed check-in is an action, not a note.
A deviation has a procedure
Alternate routes are chosen before departure, not improvised at a barrier. The desk re-routes; the crew executes.
It is not over until it is signed
Handover, seals verified, reconciliation signed. The log reaches you the same working day.
The ground
decides the plan
Every mine, warehouse, bank branch and NGO compound in the East sits on a different risk picture. Ours is written from the field, not from a template.

We recruit where we operate
Teams are sourced, vetted and trained locally, then rotated to keep alertness high. Local hiring is how a guard force knows who does not belong on the road.
HSE is contractual, not aspirational
Incident investigation, prevention and reporting are written into every contract. You receive the same safety record your auditors will ask for.
One desk, one name
You get an operations contact who answers at 02:00, not a ticket queue. Escalation is a phone call, not a form.

Five lines —
one operation
Most clients start with two and grow. Every line is planned against the same route and risk picture, so nothing is bolted on afterwards.
Manpower
Guards, response teams, escorts, K9 and drivers — vetted, trained and rotated.
↗02Logistics
Trucking, freight, warehousing and distribution across the country.
↗03Cash-in-transit
Dual-crew vehicles, sealed custody and live monitoring to the vault.
↗04Recruiting & vetting
Sourcing, background checks and pre-employment screening.
↗05Licences & permits
Facility licensing, visas and residence files, tracked to expiry.

What we
will not trade
These are the reasons clients renew, and the reasons we occasionally decline work.
Sectors we
know well
Different sectors fail differently. We plan for the failure mode that actually applies to yours.

Perimeter, camp and haul road
Static posts, K9 gate screening, camp access control and escort for concentrate movements to the border.

Branch, ATM and vault runs
Cash-in-transit crews vetted to bank standard, branch guarding and reconciliation reporting the same working day.

Compound and field movement
Unarmed compound security, driver vetting and movement planning that satisfies donor security requirements.
Same ground.
Different picture.
Anyone can look at a perimeter. Reading it is the job. Move the shield across this one — inside it is what a trained supervisor sees on the same patch of ground at the same hour.
What the desk
is watching
A sample of the work, not a stock library. Static posts, road movements, gate control and night patrol — the four things that fail first when nobody is planning them.
